Skylarks is a ground-floor cottage on Pentowan Farm, set within half an acre of landscaped grounds near Porthtowan on the North Cornwall coast. It sleeps five across two bedrooms: one double and one with a bunk and single bed, plus a wet room with shower and grab rail. The cottage works for small families or groups who want their own space without sharing communal areas, though the farm grounds do include a children's play area and sitting-out zones available to other guests on-site.

The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A freeview TV, Netflix access and CD player are in the living and dining room; heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is a private courtyard with a barbecue and garden furniture, and parking for two cars on-site. A travel cot and highchair are available. The property does not permit smoking.

Porthtowan village has a beach backed by dramatic cliffs, a surf school, beach bar and café. Chapel Porth beach is nearby, and the Cornish Coastal Path runs along the clifftop with walks linking to St Agnes and Portreath. Tehiddy Country Park offers woodland trails and cycle routes; Truro is an easy drive for shopping and culture, as is St Ives with its Tate Gallery and beaches. Bike hire for the Coast to Coast cycle path is available locally from Portreath.
