Number 13 sits within a holiday village on the Devon-Cornwall border, positioning you between the county's dramatic coastline and the softer landscape of inland hills. The surrounding countryside offers immediate access to walking routes and rural exploration, while the North Devon or North Cornwall coasts are within driving distance for beach days and seaside towns.

The lodge accommodates eight across four bedrooms: two doubles and two twins. Ground floor holds a double and twin bedroom alongside a shower room, an open-plan living and dining space, and a kitchen equipped for full self-catering. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and another twin are served by a family bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The property sits on its own parking space and has access to a garden with seating.

The holiday park offers two heated swimming pools—one indoor available year-round, one outdoor from mid-May to mid-September, both open 10am–5pm—along with a shared gym. One dog is welcome. There is no smoking inside the property. The water supply comes from a borehole on site.
