Prideaux Cottage is a four-bedroom property two miles from Par Sands Beach, in the Luxulyan Valley area of South Cornwall. The house sleeps nine across four bedrooms: two kingsize rooms (one with its own shower room), two further bedrooms with single beds, and a bunk bed option. Three bathrooms serve the property, with a ground-floor shower room and two upstairs. One dog stays free, though it must be kept on a lead.
The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the main living spaces—a sitting room with woodburner and dual sofas, a separate dining area, and a conservatory opening to the back garden. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking: it has an electric oven, gas hob, range, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual equipment. A utility room contains washing and tumble-drying facilities. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Essentials like electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels come as standard. The woodburner's initial fuel is included.
Parking for three cars sits on the drive. The back garden has furniture and a barbecue. The Eden Project is roughly fifteen minutes away on foot. No smoking throughout. Cot and highchair are available if needed.

Stayed in the wagon house cottage. Very nicely done. Enough amenities for a weeks holiday. Underfloor heating is luxurious. Location is quiet but close enough to nice places to go and some good meals to be had not too far away. Well priced. Bathroom is nice with a good rainfall shower. Good internet at 40mbps ish. Nice fire to be lit if you want. DVDs are abysmal but if you are booking your holiday cottage based on the dvd selection you are doing it wrong. It could do with some ice cube trays and the bed is hard so take that into consideration but other than that top marks.
