Prideaux Farmhouse comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered; the woodburner fuel too. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Washing machine and tumble dryer sit in the utility room. Smart TV, DVD player and CD player are set up in the living room. The property sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite walk-in shower on the ground floor, two super kingsize rooms (configurable as singles if needed) on the first floor, and a fourth with two single beds. There are three bathrooms between them. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children.

The farmhouse occupies a valley setting where walking is the main draw. Deeply wooded paths, streams and an ancient viaduct frame the immediate area; the Saints' Way footpath, a 27-mile route linking Fowey and Padstow through historic Cornish landscape, is within easy reach. The property has a large lawned garden with patio and furniture, parking for three cars, and step-free access to the entrance. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside. Arrival is after 4pm; departure before 10am.
