Praa Sands, a south-facing beach with lifeguard cover in season, lies just a couple of miles south. The sand draws surfers when the Atlantic swells, and the nearby villages of Porthleven and Helston are worth the short drive for their harbours, shops and restaurants. The Lizard peninsula and Mounts Bay are within easy reach, as are Bronze Age sites like Pengersick Castle. The main Helston to Penzance road runs close by, connecting you to St Michael's Mount and other attractions across the region.

Rose Lodge is a self-contained two-bedroom property on the edge of Godolphin Cross, with your own entrance and garden. Downstairs holds an open-plan living space with a woodburner, dining area and kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. A shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with two singles, sleeping four in total. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there is parking for two cars on site.

The property sits in quiet countryside with a south-facing patio and garden views across the owners' land towards a pond. No smoking is permitted indoors.
