The layout spreads across two floors: on the ground floor, a living room with Smart TV and a kitchen with gas hob and electric oven open to a dining space, plus a utility room and separate toilet. Three bedrooms upstairs comprise a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double and two singles, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi, bed linen, towels and heating are all included.

The enclosed garden has a patio, terrace and lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue—useful for families who want to eat outside without the beach cleanup. Parking for three cars sits on site. The property sleeps six and is available to couples and families; it is non-smoking. Within walking distance are a local pub at Polmear and the beach at Polkerris, which has a café and ice cream van. Fowey, known for its regatta and literary festival, lies nearby with galleries, restaurants and a harbour lined with shops. The owners provide beach towels, mats, windbreaks, a cool box and buckets and spades.
