The Tamar Valley and Dartmoor sit across the Devon border from this part of Cornwall, making it a natural base for exploring both counties. Seanicview Cottage 1 stands within a holiday park's grounds, offering a private cottage setting with countryside around it and access to shared facilities including a heated swimming pool, gym and tennis court.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds two bedrooms—one with a double and single bed, the other with two singles—plus two bathrooms, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other a bath with overhead shower. Upstairs is a single open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas, with doors opening onto a tiled balcony. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is electric throughout. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

One car can park on site. The pool—20m by 20m, depth 1m to 3m—operates between 10am and 5pm daily. One pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted.
