Gorran Haven is a working fishing village on the south Cornish coast, with a post office that doubles as a general store and bakery, a handful of cafés, and a fish-and-chip shop. The beach sits at the centre of things, and from there the South Cornwall Coastal Path leads along cliffs toward Mevagissey and beyond. Seaview stands a few paces from the sand, in a converted Victorian cottage that retains its 19th-century character while offering straightforward modern comfort for a seaside break.
The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two singles. Downstairs there is a living room with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen opening to a dining area, and a bathroom with bath and shower. An elevated seating area overlooks the village, beach and harbour. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen and superfast wi-fi are included. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi throughout means you can work if you need to; a travel cot and highchair are available for younger children.
The location suits families wanting a traditional seaside holiday without fuss. The beach is near enough for multiple visits a day. Walkers will find the coastal path immediately accessible, and further afield are the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, and Caerhay Castle. The public car park is 300 yards away. Smoking is not permitted inside.

**★★★★★ A hidden Cornish gem — we'll be back!** We couldn't have picked a better spot for our Cornwall getaway. Seaview Gorran Haven lives up to its name — the views over Hemmick Beach and out towards Dodman Point are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the location is unbeatable for anyone who loves the coast. The park itself is immaculate — spacious, well-kept pitches/lodges, a lovely outdoor pool, and a great play area that kept the kids entertained for hours. Being just a short stroll from the South West Coast Path and pretty villages like Gorran Haven and Mevagissey made it easy to explore without ever feeling far from home. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project were both an easy drive away too, perfect for a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the whole site has a relaxed, family-friendly feel without being noisy or crowded. Whether you're after a peaceful walk, a day on the beach, or just a stunning view with your morning coffee, Seaview Gorran Haven delivers on every front. Highly recommend — already looking forward to our next visit!

We camped here in our camper the last few nights it was fairly quiet but the facililtes leave alot to be desired. The camping grass pitches are small, no sea view and alot of mess around. Grass clippings in the hedges uncut grass and general poor tidiness. The lodges area looked lovely but the camping and camper areas not so much and well over priced for what you get.

We camped here for a week and were really impressed. Great location to get around Cornwall- we literally went everywhere from here! Toilets/showers could do with a more regular clean but on the whole was decent enough and as you’d expect for a camp site. There’s a pool on site which was great at the end of the day for the kids to have a splash in. Highly recommend walking down to the local beach- definitely do not drive. We saw so many cars getting stuck and also if you do risk it, expect scratches on the way down with the single lane road that’s pretty narrow- also would make it a nightmare with cars coming the other way. It is very hilly though so quite the workout on the way back up! We would definitely stay here again.
