The Gables

The Gables is a three-bedroom house sleeping six, positioned just 50 yards from the sandy beach at Gorran Haven. Everything you need for a coastal break is already here: the kitchen has a full electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave; the shower room includes underfloor heating and a rainfall showerhead; electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all covered. One bedroom has a double bed, another has two singles, and the third has bunks suitable for children. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The beach shelves gently into the sea, making it safe for swimming, and a freshwater stream runs onto the sand. The South Cornwall Coastal Path rises up the headland behind the house, leading to cliff and coastal walks. Mevagissey, Charlestown, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are all within driving distance. A pub and restaurant are a five-minute walk away, along with cafes, a local shop, and a fish and chip shop. The property is non-smoking and welcomes one pet. Bike storage is available on-site.
