Spring Tides

Spring Tides is a one-bedroom cottage for two, set on an elevated plot with views across the estuary towards Padstow. A spiral staircase climbs to the first-floor living space, which is open-plan—living area, dining area and kitchen all in one room with skylights above. The bedroom has a double bed; the bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi and parking on site.

The property looks out across water and town, with a shared garden and a bistro table outside your own entrance for morning coffee or evening drinks. Padstow itself is walkable from here: galleries, shops, restaurants and a working harbour with fishing boats. The Camel Trail—a long-distance cycling and walking route through countryside—runs nearby via Little Petherick Creek Bridge. Swimming, sea fishing and boat trips to Rock or Daymer Bay are all within reach. No smoking inside.
