The apartment commands views across the Camel Estuary toward Rock and out across the water, with wraparound terraces on three aspects capturing sun throughout the day. A substantial decked terrace—90 square metres in total—is furnished for lounging, and bi-folding doors from the living spaces open directly onto it.

The penthouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a zip-and-link super king bed (or two singles on request) with an ensuite; the second holds two single beds with ensuite; the third is a standard kingsize with access to a separate bathroom. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is fitted to a high standard and has been designed around those views. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and essentials including Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. A welcome pack arrives on check-in. The whole property is yours alone, and one dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.

Padstow itself is a working fishing port with independent shops, restaurants and galleries within easy reach on foot. The North Cornish coast stretches in both directions, with beaches and coastal paths nearby.
