St Leonards - Ross Cottage

The equestrian centre at St Leonards spans 20 acres beside the River Kensey, with a fishing lake, swimming pool and hot tub available to guests. Ross Cottage is a converted barn sleeping four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. The open-plan living space has a woodburner, and the kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals rather than just heating ready-mades. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; the initial wood and kindling for the burner are too.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor – one with a double bed, one with two singles. Entertainment runs to games consoles (PlayStation 2, 3 and 4), DVDs and a small book collection. The grounds are shared with other properties, as are the outdoor heated swimming pool (open May to September), hot tub for four, sauna and laundry facilities. A barbecue and bike store are available, and there is ample parking. Dogs are welcome. The property does not permit smoking.
