Upstairs on the ground floor sit two bedrooms—a king and a pair of singles—along with a bathroom holding both a bath and shower cubicle. Throughout, bed linen and towels come as standard, and Wi-Fi reaches into every corner.

The cottage sits in quiet countryside within walking distance of the coastal path, with a quarter-mile to the nearest pub and shops a mile and a half away. Enclosed gardens wrap around the property, furnished and ready to use, with parking for two cars. Gas underfloor heating and logs for the burner are included. Lands End, the Minack Theatre and Penzance are all straightforward drives; Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club, with its indoor pool and gym, lies nearby. Mining heritage threads through the local landscape. No smoking is permitted inside.
