Summerleaze House

Summerleaze House is a four-bedroom property on the outskirts of Bude that sleeps up to eight guests. The beach lies just five minutes away on foot, and the town centre—with its restaurants, shops and surf culture—is equally close. One dog stays at no extra cost. The whole place is yours alone, and you arrive after 3pm and depart by 10am.

Spread across three floors, the property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open-plan living space on the ground level. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and two further bedrooms with zip-and-link or single beds, along with two bathrooms. The living area has a sofa bed, Freeview TV, and doors leading to an enclosed rear garden with seating. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; heating is gas-fired. There is parking for one car on the property, with a public car park 100 yards away. Non-smoking throughout.

The property works well for extended family trips or groups of friends. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
