The lake fishing is exclusive to guests, and Bude's surf beaches, restaurants and amenities lie just a short drive or 20-minute stroll away. With cycling, golf, kayaking and horse riding all nearby, there's plenty to fill your days before returning to those serene lakeside views.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The location was perfect, in easy reach of Bude by car and foot. I recommend walking into Bude via the canal, as it’s very pretty and is completely flat so great for all fitness levels. We stayed in the Kingfisher lodge, and the location was perfect, very quiet with only the occasional voices from people walking along the canal. There’s plenty of room to sit on the outside decking, which I did quite a bit while reading my book. My boyfriend enjoyed fishing in the lakes, which is only available to people staying in Lynstone Lakes. The lodge itself was spotless, which all the amenities you could need for a short break. The shower was really nice, and the bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! It’s easy to get to the local supermarkets for supplies. Would definitely stay here again in the future, hopefully for longer so we can really enjoy the beautiful setting.

Had an absolute great stay at lynstone lakes. The cabin was so well equipped and so clean and welcoming. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful but also walkable into town along the canal or road. We only stayed 3 nights out of our weeks holiday but wish we had stayed here the whole time. We will definitely be back!
