Sunnyside Cottage Retreat is a stone-built property sleeping eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three double beds and one single child's bed give flexible sleeping arrangements, and the cottage comes with essentials covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided. The wood burner, which guests can use freely, is the heart of the living room; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, and there's a dining room table for eight. A sun room and bright porch offer additional quiet spaces.
The back garden is enclosed, with seating areas and furniture for outside time. Parking for two cars is on site. Dogs stay free and can roam the garden safely; one is welcome. Guests cannot smoke inside. The property lies close to ESAM and sits within reach of beaches and coastal trails. St Austell itself has shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
