Clean comfy rooms, plenty of free parking and onsite restaurant. The team are great, nothing is too much trouble and they really make us feel welcome. We come back every year and its our first choice. The rooms can be hot during hot weather, but every room has a fan and they can swap your duvet for a lighter sheet.

Having stayed at the St Austell Premier Inn several times over the last few years, I’ve noticed a significant improvement recently. In the past, it felt a little tired, but my latest visit was excellent. • The Rooms were Noticeably fresher and cleaner than previous stays. The "hypnos" bed lived up to the hype this time around. • The staff seem more energized and attentive. Check-in was seamless. • Still the perfect base for visiting the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. It’s great to see a hotel actually investing in the guest experience rather than letting things slide. I’ll definitely be back.

There’s something reliably comforting about a stay at Premier Inn. From the moment you walk in, everything feels straightforward, clean, and well thought-out—exactly what you want when you’re away from home. The check-in process is quick and hassle-free, and the staff are genuinely welcoming without being over the top. Rooms are modern, tidy, and surprisingly quiet, even if the hotel is busy. The bed really does live up to its reputation—soft enough to sink into, but still supportive, making it easy to get a solid night’s sleep. One of the best parts is how consistent everything feels. You know what you’re getting: a spacious room, a decent shower, and simple touches like tea and coffee facilities that make a difference after a long day. It’s not about luxury—it’s about comfort done right. Breakfast is another highlight, especially if you go for the full option. There’s plenty of choice, and it sets you up well for the day ahead. Whether you’re travelling for work or just a quick getaway, it’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should. Overall, a stay at Premier Inn is easy, reliable, and genuinely relaxing—sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Honestly love Premier Inn! The staff are always going the extra mile - had to borrow an ice pack on multiple occasions and all the staff were happy to help. The rooms are also good, with everything you need. On arrival, a fan was already going in the room, which was very well received during the heatwave. Fabulous!
