The 19th Acre - Pentowan Farm - Swallows

Cornwall

Photo: Google Maps

Chapel Porth beach sits just over a mile away, backed by the cliffs of the Cornish coast. From here, the Coastal Path leads east towards St Agnes or west to Portreath, offering views across the water and down to smaller coves. Porthtowan, with its beach bar, surf school and children's play area, is equally close. Slightly further afield, the Cornish Treasure Park explores the region's gold mining history, while Tehiddy Country Park has woodland walks and cycle trails. St Ives and its Tate Gallery, along with Truro's shops, restaurants and theatre, are within an hour's drive.

Swallows is set on a smallholding with its own grounds: a patio and courtyard, a children's play area, and a shared ½-acre of landscaped space with seating and a barbecue. The cottage itself is on one level, with a sitting room (42" TV, Netflix, electric fire), a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a wet room with shower seat and grab rails. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; heating is electric.

There is parking for two cars on site and a bike store. No smoking is permitted in the property.
