The ground floor hosts a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is off road private parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You will find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile. Fuel and power are included. The Maisonette offers a well placed base for exploring Hayle and the wider Cornish coastline. Note: Parking room may be tight if cars are parked opposite
