The Maples

A single-storey lodge built for modern living, The Maples sits on a Cornish complex with parking for two cars and direct access to shared grounds. Everything happens on one floor: an open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge, where a sofa bed doubles as extra sleeping space. The main bedroom holds a king-size bed with an ensuite shower room; the second has two single beds served by a separate shower room with walk-in access. Electricity and wifi are included, heating is provided by gas central heating, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.

Guests have their own decking area to step out onto from the living space, and can use the shared gardens and sitting areas across the complex. There is a children's play area on site. The location puts you within reach of coastal beaches and Cornwall's countryside, though the property itself does not allow smoking.
