The hamlet of Enniscaven sits in the heart of Cornwall, surrounded by moorland managed for walking and cycling, with villages like Roche and St Dennis close by for shops and pubs. The Swallows is a detached cottage on ground level, meaning no stairs to navigate with luggage or children. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—each with its own ensuite shower room. A sitting room, dining room, sun room with garden access and a fully fitted kitchen give you all the space you need.
The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and an enclosed lawn where children and dogs can play safely. An electric oven, hob and dishwasher let you cook as much or as little as you like. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; one medium dog or two small dogs stay free, and the owners keep ponies in the adjoining field. Beyond the garden lie a quarter-acre field you can access, and Goss Moor is within reach for longer outings. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and the harbourside at Charlestown are all within driving distance.
The cottage does not permit smoking. A shop, pub and restaurant are roughly a mile and a half away.
