Really impressed with this holiday inn express. It has a very new feel to it despite it opening in 2000. Room had walk in shower and was well decorated with a comfy bed and decent size tv. Quiet nights sleep despite being ground floor next to the car park. Very friendly staff and really good breakfast buffet.

Standard UK Holiday Inn. Breakfast is okay (would be good to have different options for eggs)! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are on the smaller size but adequate for 1-3 nights. Main menu has numerous options all of which are filling and tasty . Good location for exploring all of Cornwall.

Good location for touring Cornwall. Air conditioned quiet rooms. Comfy beds. Breakfast options limited, but what's on offer is good. Would use again.

This was a fantastic hotel, Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Staff amazing. Breakfast was hot (nothing left to go cold and congealed). Staff take good care of customers. Picturesque even though next to A30, couldn’t hear the road. Would throughly recommend staying here. Beats Leeds holiday inn and other budget hotels hands down.,would definately stay here again.Our three night stay was made a lovely experience.
