Tinners Gate sits in a village surrounded by moorland, old mining country, and walking territory that stretches from Bodmin Moor's stone formations to woodland waterfalls. Liskeard, the nearest town, has roots going back centuries as a market centre. The property itself is a converted barn, private to you, with parking for one car on site.
Inside there is a double bedroom with fitted storage upstairs, a bathroom with shower, and downstairs a combined kitchen and dining space where you can cook properly, plus a sitting room with an electric woodburner. The essentials—heating, electricity, bedding, towels and wifi—are all included. A washing machine is available on request. The shared back garden has a patio for sitting out. The owners live next door.
This works for a quiet break or as a base for exploring the moorland, stone circles and old engine houses that mark the landscape. A pub is within a mile. Smoking is not permitted.
