Rivendell is a single open-plan space with everything on ground floor: living area with TV, kitchen with microwave and fridge, and a bedroom holding one double and two single beds. The shower room sits to the side. Outside, a decked area with garden furniture and barbecue opens onto two acres of grounds shared with other properties on the farm—there's a children's play area and games room available to guests. Your own hot tub is private.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi come as standard. The pod sits on the North Cornwall and Devon border, farmland all around, with the upper Tamar Valley nearby for riverside walks and fishing (a licence is needed). The area has golf courses, coastal paths and beaches within reach. Children under 3 are not suitable for this property. Parking for two cars is on site; there are two steps up to the decked area, though a ramp can be arranged on request.
