Trewin Court suits families or groups wanting their own space without leaving a working farm. The cottage has three bedrooms (one double, two single) and one bathroom spread across two floors, sleeping up to five. Ground floor living areas include a kitchen with a full range of appliances, a separate dining space, and a lounge with an open fire and television. A shared games room with table football is available to guests. The private courtyard has garden furniture and a barbecue; a rear terrace and grounds with a children's play area extend the outdoor space.

The cottage sits on Well Farm in the Tamar Valley, where the river borders the property and there are walks in every direction. You can fish on-site (licence required) or explore numerous trails through the surrounding countryside. Bude Canal, historic and walkable from here, lies within easy reach. The location also puts you near surfing beaches, golf courses, and coastal attractions. One dog is welcome, and the farm's own kunekune pigs and chickens add to the appeal for younger visitors. Facilities include on-site parking for two cars, Wi-Fi, and central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage does not permit smoking. There are internal steps between rooms and a step accessing the garden.
