The semi-detached cottage sleeps eight across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom featuring bunk beds and an ensuite, a second with a kingsize bed and television, and a third with a single bed. Downstairs, the living room has a sofa bed and electric fire for cooler evenings, while the kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave.

On-site fishing is available (a licence is required), and the 2-acre grounds include a children's play area and natural woodland to explore. The upper reaches of the historic Bude Canal are within walking distance. The area offers surfing and golf nearby, and the farm's location makes it practical for visiting the broader North Cornwall and Devon coastline. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included in your stay. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved dog can stay at no extra cost.
