Outside, there is a private balcony with furniture and sea views, a shared subtropical gardens, and private designated parking for one car, plus additional public car parking available nearby. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Your stay at Wingspan is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There are stone steps leading down from the communal, off-road parking area to the entrance of the apartment block, please take care.
