Flowers Barn is a converted stone barn in the Cotswolds between Duntisbourne Rouse and Duntisbourne Leer, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The layout is upside-down: bedrooms on the ground floor, with the main living space and kitchen on the first floor. Three bedrooms sleep six—a kingsize with ensuite shower, two singles, and a double accessed through the second bedroom. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower options.
The first-floor living and dining area opens to a kitchen equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. An enclosed garden with patio, seating and fire pit adjoins the property; private parking for three cars and a bike store are on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome, with doggy extras available. The barn is no-smoking throughout.
Cirencester is roughly ten minutes' drive away, and Cheltenham around twenty. The surrounding countryside offers walks and cycle routes. A ford runs across the access road fifty-five yards from the property.
