About Warwick Conferences - Radcliffe
Surrounded by the open lawns and gardens of the University of Warwick campus on Scarman Road, Warwick Conferences - Radcliffe occupies a quiet, leafy corner of Coventry away from the city centre bustle. The setting is more parkland than urban hotel strip, with outdoor seating and grounds to wander between meetings or overnight stays.
Rooms are en-suite and kept clean and comfortable, with modern touches such as a good range of pillow options and reliably strong showers. Guests have access to a restaurant, bar and snack bar, along with a lounge offering complimentary hot drinks and snacks throughout the stay. Breakfast is a particular strength, with a varied spread on offer each morning, and packed lunches can be arranged for those heading out early. Beyond the bedrooms, the property is built around business and event use, with meeting rooms and business services alongside a gym, spa and sauna, and a games room for downtime.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and professional, and free parking is provided on site, a genuine convenience given the campus setting. Nearby, guests can find a golf course, entertainment options, and a choice of pubs and restaurants within easy reach of the campus. It works equally well as a base for conference delegates or as a straightforward, well-equipped stopover in Coventry.

Have been coming here for the last 4 years for our yearly Followers of Rupert convention. Radcliffe is a fantastic venue. Very spacious, with good prices for overnight stays and the offered breakfast, lunch, and buffet. Not the highest quality but fare enough for what you want and plenty of choice. Extensive facilities throughout the building. Very big, nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Bathroom as well. Only a bit of a long walk as there are many rooms. The bar area is large and a pleasant place to spend time. Friendly staff, and for conferences there is a wide range of rooms and facilities available that can be used, with good support from the on-site technical team. A swimming pool nearby that is easy to combine with a stay. In recent years, I have enjoyed coming and staying here. Personal service as well. I left some belongings in the room, and they were sent back to my address overseas. That was greatly appreciated! An excellent place overall.

Fantastic place to stay! Rooms are big enough, the breakfast is amazing (a lot of options), the staff is Fantastic. It's placed in a really quiet zone where you can relax, go for a walk. Definitely recommend it and definitely coming back!

I recently visited the Radcliffe for a 2 day course. My first communication with the hotel was adding an extra night to my booking, which was done with ease via a phone call - they merged my additional night with the one I had via the course so I could stay in the same room. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't what I had originally imagined when I was told I was staying at the university (a long way in fact from the image of student accomodation!) Finding (via car) wasnt a massive issue with you follow google map directions, although I did wonder if I had taken a wrong turn at one point... There is a large car park, but you need to make sure you have registered your vehicle. Room was clean and well presented as was pretty much all of the whole hotel. The free tea / cofee was a welcome bonus. Food was great, and the menu varies at lunch - I assume some sort of theme each day. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again, albeit it doesn't look like they accomodate families from what I can see? So perhaps a return visit may have to be without the kids...

Good experience staying at Warwick conferences. Firstly, the location is great for activities in Warwick University, which is just a 5 minute walk away. If you want to go into the city, there is a convenient bus service leading into the city, which also means it is easy to get there from the train station. Price wise, it is around £90 per room per night, which is not terrible. The rooms are quite small but comfortable, being quite clean, with good showers. The lounge is very convenient as it is a good place to have dinner — there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It has good food and plenty of complimentary water dispensers, coffee dispensers and FREE hot chocolate. The breakfast is slightly too expensive, meaning I didn’t go, but it might be convenient if you are in a hurry. There are a few cafés about a 5 minute walk away. Overall, Warwick conferences offer good rooms, a great lounge, decent price and an amazing location, would recommend solely because of this.
