I visited "Baskin Robbins" in Cineworld Aldershot counter recently and was really disappointed with what I saw. While I was looking forward to my treat, I noticed that the ice cream was being served from containers that looked old, worn out, and seemed to be repurposed tins rather than proper food-grade packaging. They appeared outdated and damaged, which immediately made me concerned about hygiene and food safety. As customers, we expect food businesses to meet proper storage and hygiene standards, and this fell far below what is acceptable. I hope the management will address this issue promptly and upgrade their storage equipment to ensure customers can enjoy their food with confidence. I’d be happy to revisit and update my review if I see improvements.

Seats are terrible. All of them creek and are incredibly uncomfortable. My seven year old was too light for them as the seat kept trying to flip up so I had to wedge the back of it with my jumper. Other cinema chains are much better value for money as you usually get VIP seats included as standard. (Electric reclining!) Won’t be visiting Aldershot Cine world again I’m afraid.

I go cinema quite often but the screen in this cinema is pretty poor. Theres marks/dirt/imperfections on the screen and really noticeable. Also no ice cream lol third world problems i know. Not my local cinema and i think if i were to watch a blockbuster without my family i would have walked out and asked for a refund. I was in screen 6 if thay helps
