Reeds Farmhouse

A detached barn conversion on the Hampshire-Surrey border, Reeds Farmhouse gives you full use of the property to yourself. It has three bedrooms—a kingsize with fitted wardrobe, a twin and a single—and one bathroom. The ground floor is an open-plan living and dining space with a separate kitchen, utility room and bathroom, while upstairs holds the bedrooms. Five of you can stay here comfortably.

You get wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity included. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, so you can cook properly. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. A lawned garden with seating area is fenced in, and you have parking for two cars on site. No smoking indoors.

Alice Holt Forest backs onto the property, offering walks and cycling through woodland. Farnham, a historic market town with shops, restaurants and cultural venues, is about ten minutes' drive away. The South Downs National Park, Waverley Abbey, Frensham ponds and various other attractions are all within easy reach for day trips. Mainline train stations at Farnham and Alton connect you to London and the south coast.
