Bailey Mill - Millstream comprises two distinct apartments under one roof, making it one of the few properties in the area that can genuinely accommodate a large group while still offering retreat space. The ground floor holds three bedrooms (including one double with ensuite), a kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, and a living room. Upstairs, a second kitchen, four more bedrooms, and a games room with pool table mean there's room to spread out and room to gather. Four bathrooms and showers between them take the edge off competition for facilities. One dog can stay free of charge.
What's included covers the essentials—electricity, bed linen and towels—which matters when you're feeding and bedding 16 people. The hot tub, heated year-round and set for five, overlooks the garden. Eight cars can park on site. A pub lies within a mile. Newcastleton itself is a small village close to the Scottish Border; the property suits reunions, extended family holidays or groups of friends wanting their own kitchen and living spaces but a shared soaking spot after dinner. No smoking indoors.

I wasn't there for pleasure i was there to do some work at bailey Mill but for the time i was there its peaceful and lovely surroundings just make sure you got food and what ever you need because the nearest shop is roughly about ½hr away nice drive but a bit of a trek. Other than the shops its a lovely place to stay

We spent Christmas 2024 here with extended family and two dogs. I cannot fault the hosts at all, nothing was too much trouble - even on Christmas Day they responded to a query we had about the hot tub almost immediately! The accommodation itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from an array of kitchen utensils to a never ending supply of black bin bags, kitchen roll and tea/coffee. The location is stunning and perfect for families and, of course, our furry friends! Would highly recommend Bailey Mill Holidays - we all loved it :-)

We had a big family gathering here for a long weekend. Accommodation had everything we needed. Hosts went above and beyond for us including providing a BBQ for us to cook on on one night. Not a lot to do in the surroundings area but we just wanted a family quiet get-together and this place was perfect.

I stayed here with 16 others for the weekend as we were all attending the same wedding. The location is stunning, the accommodation was spotless and ideal for what we needed. Everything we could need was there. We used the bar/restaurant for breakfast each morning, the hosts were attentive and welcoming and the food was fantastic, perfect poached eggs. We've all said we would go back for a holiday.
