We are just home from a stay in the Tree Top tiny house and we loved it. It was a great space, equipped with everything you need. We checked in at 4pm and got settled and the hot tub was ready to get in a few hour later. The surrounding area is very peaceful, a couple of cafes, couple of hotel pubs and two small convenience stores 5 mins away in the small town of Newcastleton. If you're looking to switch off and relax, this place is ideal.

We spent a long weekend at Riverview Holiday park and had the most amazing time. It was my partner’s birthday trip and upon arrival we were greeted with a birthday card and his favourite beer (Thank you Tom!). The Sandringham lodge was perfect for us, surrounded by nature and a hot tub on the balcony, it was a peaceful break. I’d highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back too!

My Partner and I visited for our Combined Birthday weekend and we were not disappointed. The Retunder Pod was amazing, Very Clean and Well Presented inside with everything you need for a Cozy weekend away. A folder is provided inside the Pod with information about the Site, The Area and Hot Tub instructions. The Hot Tub was immaculate, Emptied & Cleaned after every visit as we saw the Staff doing this during our visit. Gentleman on site we spoke to (I believe to be the Site Manager) was fantastic, Good area knowledge and Very welcoming. A BBQ and Outdoor Pizza oven is available if you give the Site a Call during your visit (We didn’t make use of this as we ate out) however there is a Small 2 Ring Hob, Microwave and Over in the Pod for you to cook with also. Will definitely be visiting again and really made our Birthday Weekend Away special.

We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean! We stayed in the sandringham lodge which was just perfect! Everything we needed for a stress free holiday. Hot tub was spotlessly clean and checked and maintained daily. Great little spot next to liddel river with lovely riverside walks. 10 minutes by bike to Newcastleton mountain bike trails and a few minutes stroll into Newcastleton where there is everything you need. Shops, pubs, cafes etc. great little place. We will definitely be back to stay here. Great WI-FI aswell…no issues with the signal at all throughout the 4 nights we where here. Thankyou for a lovely holiday. This is just what we needed!
