Fieldside Farmhouse

Fieldside Farmhouse works well for larger gatherings—family reunions, multi-generational holidays, or groups of friends looking for somewhere to base themselves together. The five bedrooms offer a mix of double and single beds, meaning you can accommodate different ages and sleeping preferences without anyone feeling cramped. Two bathrooms serve the property, one with a bath and walk-in shower, the other with a double shower. The whole place is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet can come with you at no extra cost.

The ground floor is built for shared time. A spacious living room has a woodburner and Smart TV; the dining room holds a large table for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is properly equipped for catering yourself—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer mean you're not restricted to heating tins. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine, and a games room where younger guests can disappear to without interrupting the adults. Outside, the enclosed garden has seating and furniture; you can park five cars on site.

The location puts you within reach of Cockermouth and the North Lakes, and you're close enough to the West Cumbrian Coast to explore both. Keswick is a short drive away. Electricity, WiFi, bed linen, towels and initial wood for the burner are all included. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 4pm and you leave by 10am.
