Greengill - Greengill Farm Shepherds Hut is a standalone hut on a beef and arable farm in Cumberland, a mile from Gilcrux village on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Everything you need fits into one open-plan space: a double bed (4ft 6in), shower room with cubicle, small kitchen with two-ring hob and microwave, and a living and dining area with Freeview TV. Electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard, so you arrive to a ready-made base.

Outside, a private hot tub sits in the sitting-out area alongside garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store if you want to explore on two wheels. The property sleeps two and is entirely yours—no shared access. Smoking is not permitted. A quiet country lane connects the farm to Gilcrux, where you can walk to the pub or bistro. Keswick and Cockermouth are both within a 20-minute drive, and the beach is five miles away.
