About The Beeches Caravan Park

The Beeches Caravan Park takes caravans and motorhomes on pitches with electric and water hook-ups. The site sits in rural Cumbria near Gilcrux, within reach of both the Solway coast and the walking routes that draw visitors to the region. Masons Arms is just down the road, and the village hall is a short walk away.

The park offers showers, laundry facilities and a washing-up area, along with designated parking. It caters to families, with a children's play area and family holiday homes available; disabled access is provided, and pets are welcome. A small shop operates on site. The range of facilities and the presence of holiday homes suggest this is a well-established park geared to longer stays and repeat visitors rather than a small, intimate site.

What visitors say

Tina Lewis

Amazing. Cannot praise this place enough. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The lady in the little shop was so so kind. The caravan (number 23) was outstanding), clean, well kept and a beautiful decking area. The whole site was so well maintained. We will definitely be coming back for a second visit. There is a lovely pub right across the road, where the staff are friendly and made us feel welcome.

Caravan stay. Lovely little quiet park with good coastal access a few miles away.

We just purchased a static caravan from this company on this site, Lewis the gentleman who dealt with us was very polite and helpful, he is an ambassador for the sites and he instantly put us at ease, they seem very nice as a whole and we enjoyed the experience of buying so far so good, we will keep the reviews coming as owners of one of the vans on the site. But so far so good let’s see how it goes from here. 5 stars based on our experience this far. Lovely little site too highly maintained

Beautiful site absolutely immaculate, lovely little park on site, we did have 3 power cuts in the 4 days stay but with the poor weather we drove out to find places for to keep the kids entertained and on return the power was back on, we stayed at van 24 and the correspondence from the owner was great and the van was very accommodating, clean and cosy and the views were beautiful. Shop wasn't open on our stay and the pub just off site wasn't open and that was a shame because we had heard food was very good so were disappointed not to have tried. Would highly recommend for a quiet little get away.
