Hampton House

Hampton House is a nine-bedroom property across three floors in the coastal village of St Bees, a short distance from Cumbria's western shoreline. It sleeps 18 people and rents as your own private space, making it suitable for large family groups, walking parties or friends gathering together. One pet stays free. The house has four bathrooms spread across the floors, each with heated towel rails and walk-in showers or baths.

Ground floor rooms include a double bedroom, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a kitchen-dining area fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The first floor holds a study, four double bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor contains three more double bedrooms and two shower rooms. All nine bedrooms have double beds and Smart TVs. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood-burner fuel are included; heating is gas central. There is parking for two cars on site and a back garden. No smoking throughout the property.

St Bees sits on the coast within reach of the western Lake District fells and the longer-distance walking routes that pass through the village. The post office is nearby for basic supplies.
