Hardknott Cottage

Step straight into an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher; the sitting room contains a DVD player, CD player and games. Upstairs, a galleried bedroom with a kingsize bed and a Z-bed means two people can stay comfortably. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included, and the heating is supplied.

Outside, a patio with garden furniture and barbecue faces a private garden. You have parking for one car on site. The cottage sits in Eskdale Valley with the Boot Inn within walking distance; a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared utility room. This is a non-smoking property, and one pet is welcome. Note that a fenced river runs through the grounds.
