Hartrees House

Hartrees House sits a short walk from the coast near Millom, on the western edge of the Lake District. The property sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over three floors. A kingsize bed on the first floor, two doubles on the upper storeys, and a pair of bunks in a third bedroom give flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The roll-top bath upstairs and shower room on the first floor mean people aren't queuing in the morning.

Downstairs there's a kitchen with a full cooker, dishwasher and microwave, and a separate dining room with its own television. The living room has a second TV and DVD player. A garage contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer—useful for longer stays. Parking for three cars is on site. Wifi and heating are included, along with bed linen and towels. The enclosed garden has seating and furniture for outdoor time.

The beach is a quarter-mile away and the fell walks are on the doorstep; fell views from the house take in Black Coombe. Broughton in Furness and Ulverston are about 20 minutes by car. The nearest pub is five minutes' walk. This is a no-smoking property suitable for families and groups.
