Rural Cumberland unfolds around Stream Side View, a single-storey lodge positioned where a stream flows past the grounds. The setting is quiet farmland rather than a busy caravan park atmosphere, with the water's movement audible from the decking outside. Inglenook Caravan Park is the nearest landmark, though the lodge itself offers the seclusion of a standalone rental on its own plot.
Everything happens on one level. The living space combines kitchen, dining and lounge areas in an open arrangement, with a gas cooker and full-sized fridge for self-catering. One bedroom holds a double bed (4ft 6in) and has its own toilet; the other contains two singles (2ft 6in each). The shower room serves the second bedroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Two cars can park on site. No smoking throughout.
The layout and rural location work well for families or small groups wanting to base themselves in northwest England. The Lake District sits within reach for day trips; Workington Beach and Cockermouth are both nearby. One dog is welcome to stay.
