Ashes Exclusively Adult Caravan Park

I am fairly new to caravanning and when I arrived (in pouring rain!) Rachel's husband came to my rescue and spent A LONG TIME figuring out what wasn't working in my caravan. I was entirely grateful and appreciative! The site is beautiful and well kept, a small dog area at the back for chasing tennis balls and a barrier entrance which made me feel very safe as someone travelling alone (plans changed last minute). I loved the welcome pack to find out more about the area and the location in general (mostly main roads and only 10 minutes into Kendal). Thank you both and we are hoping to come back again in the summer. Hopefully this time, we will have better weather! 🤞

We stopped over here on our way back from Scotland. Valerie was more than accommodating, accepting our last minute booking and allowing us to arrive later in the evening. The site is spotless, in a wonderful location and surrounded by farmland with lots of lovely walks. A very competitive price too, just £29 for the night inclusive of all facilities. We can see why so many people return here for holidays and stop overs!

This is a beautifully kept site, lovely clean toilets and showers, I loved the underfloor heating in the shower! Very convenient position near the M6 but no noise! I would definitely recommend for a stopover and would happily return for a longer stay to explore the local area.

A beautiful little site in a first rate location. We used it as a stopover from the M6 but we would happily holiday here. Kendal is handy for amenities and the surrounding countryside is idyllic - even if we did stay here at the height of Storm Amy!! The owners keep the place immaculate and can't do enough to make you welcome. When we arrived, they were out but immediately rang us (they saw us pull up on their camera) and before I had even got out of the car, we were being remotely guided in and welcomed. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
