The caravan equipped with washing liquid, towel, bin bag. The toilet has shower gel, soup, shower conditioner, toilet paper, towel. Hair dryer. The location is very convientient and quiet. Heating system is very easy to operate. We check in late, there is no stuff, but by reading the instruction, get the key outside, then really, no need to ask for any help. So certainly recommended.

Very good facilities, including shower blocks for men and women with single and disabled shower facilities and also a bath. There is also a laundry room and TV room. It's a 10 minute walk to the village with a choice of 4 pubs and a small Co-Op store which was convenient. On the downside it is near a road that at times was quite busy and there were a lot of birds that were noisy till late into the night which is fine if you wear ear plugs.

We've stayed in the static caravans twice this year and plan to return next year. Lovely quiet site, reasonably priced, and the caravans are pleasant, clean and well stocked with essentials. Staff very quick to respond to issues. The location of course is perfect, 2 minute walk into the heart of Hawkshead (my favourite place in the world!) Plus it's dog friendly!

Stayed in one of the static caravans Sept 2023. Very comfortable, clean, with spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Just 2 mins walk from the bus stop to explore the Lake District from. Would recommend!
