Through the door at Halls Bank Cottages - Berwyn Bank, you'll find yourself in a substantial kitchen diner with full cooking facilities including a range, dishwasher and separate laundry appliances. The ground floor contains three further bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, plus a living space with a multi-fuel burner. Upstairs adds three more bedrooms—a kingsize, a double with a spa bath and ensuite, and another double sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom with the previous room. This layout means groups of up to 12 can spread out comfortably across the property, which is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
The property includes wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels; heating runs on oil. A private hot tub is available to hire by the week or short break. You also have access to an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna on the site, bookable at set times throughout the day. The cottage sits near Wigton in Cumberland, within reach of the Solway Coast four miles away, Cockermouth and the northern reaches of the Lake District. An enclosed garden has patio seating and a barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.

Absolutely stunning "home from home" we stayed in Beckside for 4 nights and I really wish I didn't have to come home! Set in beautiful, scenic surroundings, this cottage has everything you need and more! The cottage is wheelchair friendly and has fab accessibility in the outdoor areas too without being "clinical" Private hot tub and shared swimming pool/sauna/jacuzzi was amazing. The onsite animals were an added bonus. Its not everyday you can wake up to cows in your back yard! Fell in love with the place and with 'Tilly Cat' who visited us often to curl up in a warm spot. Carole, our host was on hand for anything we needed/wanted and is so warm, welcoming and friendly. Chatting to her, felt like I'd known her years. Lovely, lovely lady and goes above and beyond to make your stay as fabulous as it can be. Lots to do in the local areas, although we did much of nothing but relax and recharge! We can't wait to return. This is a real gem of a place!
