What visitors say
I wanted to write to you to thank you for making my sons 4th birthday a truly memorable one. From our welcome to the end, the effort and organisation and the extra touches, you made it a wonderful day. I was in awe of how lovely every individual you have there is, they were kind and friendly and so many of our guests commented how engaged they were with the children, something they hadn’t seen before in soft play environments. Nothing was too much trouble and the team there seemed to pre empt our needs. The quality of the food surpassed others we have seen and experienced at other venues. There were generous portions of food more than enough for the children. The food was served quickly and nice and hot. The children enjoyed it and the majority cleared their plates. We had opted for an exclusive hire and I can truly say it was worth the money. Having the whole venue to ourselves made it so special. The children enjoyed the exclusivity of the different facilities from discovery cove to the main soft play. Again your team aided in making it feel so special. Arlo who is an ankylosaurus (my son informs me) made an apperance and he captivated their imagination and provided lots of laughter. Once again thank you for all your efforts in making our son’s birthday a special one. Not sure how we will top it next year!

It was amazing. A wonderful way for young children and their families to have fun, whilst meeting others. The little cafe area is great for snacks and catching your breath after all the movement 😂 I would definitely recommend 😊

I am a grandmother of 2 small children. When I arrived, there was a member of staff outside who told me to book there and then to gain access to Dinotropolis so it was all rushed. It was just after 11.30 and she didn’t say a thing about the session having already started or advise me that the next session was at 1.00. We went in there and had an amazing time - the place is absolutely spotless and exciting for adults as well as children. We then heard an announcement at 12.15 that it was closing!!!!!!! When I questioned this I was told very matter of factly that it was clearly stated on the website and that I signed a waiver to agree to all their terms and conditions. My huge objection is that I spent £51 for only 45 mins. I was rushed outside to pay on line but perhaps members of staff should be a bit more considerate toward customers instead of plainly money grabbing. Surely she could have told me that the next session started later and that we’d missed most of the one that I hurriedly paid for. Their customer service is appalling and the same old line of “it’s in our terms and conditions blah blah blah” was given to me. I am so upset at this silly employee and her attitude and warn others to check the timings and don’t be or feel as ripped off as I do now

Huge softplay- lots to do for kids ages 5-9 yrs. there is a cafe to get food and coffee, a shoe rack, and tables and chairs. I felt its pricey for just being a softplay- 24£ for a child and adult to enter- but good fun.

People say this soft play area is large with a variety of activities for children, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Other reviews mention it can be overpriced and poorly maintained.
