Great cinema, love the mechanical chairs but leaving this review to warn others. My young son had his phone fall out of his pocket sitting in one of these chairs, when he lowered the seat at the end of the movie he learned a hard life lesson as the phone had fallen out of his pocket, down the side of the seat and was caught and mangled in the moving parts when the seat was returned to normal. No one’s fault, just an unfortunate incident, but be careful as it could happen to anyone.

Took my family to watch Toy Story 5. I’ll keep it short only seats left were front row because the other seats were broken! Had to wait at least 25min to be served drinks etc, none of the machines had ice (hottest day of the year) they never had any coffee. Emailed the head office, got an apology along with “2” free tickets when i requested a family ticket because that’s what i originally paid for and given the fact i only go cinema with my children, two tickets were not much good to me. They said no. I declined the tickets. Very poor customer service by Sam the GM.

Great cinema in a fantastic location, right in the middle of lots of shops at Bluewater. It’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of shopping, especially if you enjoy combining shopping with a movie on the same day. The facilities are great, and overall it’s a lovely place to spend a few hours. However, there are a couple of small things that could be improved. In the ladies’ toilets, 3 cubicles did not have hooks on the doors. I found it difficult to manage my jacket and handbag, as I obviously didn’t want to place them on the floor. Replacing the hooks would make a big difference to the experience and would be much more practical. Also, I noticed that the water for handwashing in the bathrooms seemed almost boiling hot, which felt a little uncomfortable. There may be a reason for this that I’m not aware of, but it might be worth checking or adjusting if possible.

Easily would have given a 5 star, save for the fact that the movie did not begin at the time as advertised. No excuses, no reasons and I just kept on waiting and hoping, commercial after commercial until about 25minutes before the movie (MK2). Sound and visual experience was awesome, including the seats too. I'll visit again but with a more open mind about timeliness.
