Took our Grandson here for the first time before visiting Bluewater, friendly staff, loads for our 1yr old to do, great value for money. We will definitely be returning again, also a nice snack / coffee shop.

I was very disappointed with the food! I placed an order which cost in the excess of £25 quid, the food was cold and incorrect, the bread on the panini’s were hard/cold. When placing the order it was taken down incorrectly, and my daughters food order was not taken, staff did rectify making me a side salard, however I feel if they had not taken the order for my daughters food they should rectify the issue, staff were polite that is faultless but I am very discounted in the food service and standards and would advise to avoid at all costs. The separate areas are not correctly monitored, which is a shame as my daughter became quite scared from the noise and older children charging around, bare in mind this was a area for under twos staff were not monitor it, my daughter is sensitive to loud noises and especially older children charging around. Overall the staff monitoring the play areas and food needs to be brought to a reasonable standard as it’s lacking quite badly, and orders needs to be taken correctly to avoid unhappy customers, to note other customers stated that the food was quite bad here too, this is of concern. The food was not eaten, basic customer service should have picked up on this and asked what was wrong and or offered a refund, but based on other Google reviews I think criticism is not accepted here?!

I've been here back in November with my two year old son. Prices are fair and reasonable. However, it was very cold, we kept our coats on and obviously that made climbing etc pretty uncomfortable and restrictive. So we've only stayed for 1.5hrs because it was absolutely freezing. I am not sure if it's always like that or maybe it was a one time situation. But I would like to come back again and give this place another chance. At the moment, I can't really recommend this place. I may change my opinion and update the review in the future but in the meantime, I will leave it as it is. Update* been there again a few days ago. Just want to add that the food isn't great at all. My child does not eat any of the food they had there apart from sweet section (of course). Pricing is rediculous. Especially for the quality of food, plain fries and a plain burger 8£. I would rather go to burger king next door but had no choice as was not allowed to give him the snack we had in our bags which is understandable from a business perspective. I did feed him before we went there but he got hungry again after less than an hour. Also not many healthy child friendly options available either. Playground is nice and play sessions are reasonably priced but food is expensive and poor quality. If you are planning to go there I would suggest to eat elsewhere prior. Coffee was nice. The owners response to negative comments on here put me off, as a person that worked in buisness and owned a small business I've seen all kind of customers, but the responses do not sound professional at all. Very defensive and aggressive replies which makes me worried that if I have a bad experience and "complain" I may get a response like this too😬

Good solid soft play with a hidden bouncy castle being the highlight for our little ones. 19 pounds for a family of 4 for 2 hours of time.

People say this play center offers a spacious soft play area with a good variety of play zones for different age groups, and it's a clean, warm, and inviting environment. They also highlight the friendly staff, reasonable prices, and available food and drink options.

Some reviews mention the staff can be unprofessional.
