My wife and daughter stayed here and had the best experience both with the room overlooking the sea, refreshments and very nice bath (nr 12). Staff were extremely helpfull and went out of their way to help my wife with a task they really didn't have to. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and the room felt very homely. Super useful with the fridge and microwave and nice plates and teacups. May sound like little things but it made their stay very restful and enjoyable before the long drive back to Sweden. Thank you very very much for everything, we will stay with you next year as well.

Stayed here 12/3/26/ - the best 5 nights’ stay in Deal overlooking the pier. The hotel service was excellent under the guidance of kind and helpful Orla who went out of her way to help. Much thanks too to Larissa and Caitlin, a great credit to the hotel. Look forward to visiting you again. Loved Deal , the pier and the great food from around the most friendly town. Although the hotel did not serve food, this was not a problem as the set up suited us fine.

I was lucky enough to be the winner of one of their Facebook competitions and I picked the Goodwin suite to stay in as a birthday celebration. The view from the Windows are lovely. The room is fresh and modern and quite a few necessities provided. Hotel is self-service so they send you a code. no hot food provided on site But they have a vending machine and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at But we found quite a few of these to be closed as it was a Thursday. Plenty of information provided in their leaflets. Really enjoyed my stay

Fantastic location, rooms lovely, big, although a little tired. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and access was easy. Lots of stairs though, and no lifts so just to note if you have a lot of luggage. We would absolutely come back though, was a great spot for a night away! The view from the room was the icing on the cake :)
