The open-plan kitchen lies adjacent, equipped for cooking and including a dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs lead up to the first-floor bathroom—fitted with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle—and then to the second floor, where the two bedrooms sit. The first is a zip-and-link kingsize (or two singles on request); the second has two single beds. The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Built in the 1800s, this terraced property occupies the quiet backstreets of Deal, yet sits within easy reach of the town's shops, pubs and restaurants—most within a five-minute walk. The 18th-century pub, a micro ale house and cocktail bar, and several dining options cluster nearby. Deal Pier offers fishing; Walmer and Deal castles attract visitors; Broadstairs beach lies a short drive away. An enclosed garden with seating provides outdoor space. One car parking permit is provided. The property has low doorways in places. Wifi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. No smoking is permitted.
