Beech Cottage is a detached property with distinctive character—narrow winding stairs, sloping ceilings upstairs, and beechwood detailing throughout give it genuine charm. It sleeps four across a double and two single beds, with one bathroom. The ground floor holds an open-plan living area with a 22-inch smart TV, dining space, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook proper meals. Upstairs, the bedroom layout works for families or two couples sharing. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate if needed. Private parking is available for two cars.
The cottage sits in quiet countryside about a mile from the nearest main road, with views toward the Clwydian Hills and Moel Famau to the west. A garden with seating lets you settle outside on the patio. Ruthin town, with its independent shops and cafés, lies 4 miles away; the Ruthin Craft Centre and the former Ruthin Gaol are both worth exploring. The Llangollen Canal and the Llangollen Railway steam trains are within reach for day trips, as is the North Wales coast. No smoking is permitted inside.
