Oak House stands alone on a hillside in the Clwydian foothills, reached by a country lane that climbs to a clearing with views across the valley. The detached property sits on its own, with two bedrooms—one double and one twin—a bathroom, and space for four guests. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, along with Wi-Fi and parking for two cars.
The layout works around those views: the living room occupies the first floor, opening onto a Juliet balcony, while the kitchen and dining area share the same level. Downstairs you'll find the bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly; there's also a patio at ground level with garden furniture. A travel cot, high chair and stairgate are available if needed.
This is genuinely rural—the nearest things involve driving. Ruthin, with its castle and cafés, is the closest town. From here you can reach Llangollen and the Steam Railway, explore Snowdonia via Betws-y-Coed, or drive to the North Wales coast. More immediately, walking starts at the property; the surrounding hills offer plenty of routes without leaving the immediate area. No smoking inside the house.
